Refer a Child
If you know a child who may be eligible, please feel free to contact us at 401-921-1300, email@example.com or complete this REFERRAL FORM and fax or mail back to our office. We grant wishes to children ages 2½ through 18 who have a life-threatening medical illness.
The Wish Granting Process
Once we receive a referral for a wish, we will work closely with the child's doctor to determine if the child is eligible. Once we know that the child is medically eligible, we then assign our volunteer wish granters to go out and meet the child and the family to determine what the child's wish will be.
Below are some of the children waiting for their wishes. Help us grant these special wishes with LOVE. We know you will feel the happiness that we do each day by working with these wonderful children and their families to create magical moments and memories!
Contact us to help grant any child's wish we are granting. There are many ways to help such as sharing your time, treasure, and talent!
